Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales & Development Representative (SDR) (1 year experience) to help us grow our pipeline and connect decision-makers in high-impact sectors with our account management team. This is a foundational sales role with real growth potential into BDR, Account Development, or Marketing roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns

  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Research target industries and personalize outreach to key personas

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion

  • Log all activity and insights in Salesforce CRM

  • Secure presentation appointments for Account Managers

About You

  • A natural communicator with a professional, confident presence on calls

  • Organized, proactive, and goal-driven — you love a challenge

  • Interest in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital marketing

  • Early experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus

  • Basic computer literacy; CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) is helpful

  • You prefer consultative selling over high-pressure tactics — and so do we
