Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate leads and secure presentation appointments for our account management team. This role is integral to our growth, as you will reach out to decision-makers in both the government and private sectors, where our services are critical.

In this role, you will:

Contact prospects in target sectors, providing them with information and consultative sales support to secure meetings with our account management team.
Utilize your communication skills to build relationships with potential clients, ultimately setting up presentations that drive new business.
Collaborate with our experienced team to continually improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate is a motivated, entry-level salesperson with the following qualifications:

Drive to Succeed: Not afraid to make calls and reach out to prospects. You’ll be making calls by the end of your first week, and our training will help you build confidence quickly.
Professional Communication: A clear, professional demeanor and a selling voice that builds trust.
Basic Computer Skills: Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce or HubSpot is a plus.
Consultative Sales Mindset: You understand the difference between high-pressure sales tactics and a consultative approach. We don’t push; we build relationships that last – which is why we have a 98% renewal rate.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $24.00 per hour plus commission
