We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical, client-facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals’ digital footprints and delivering a high-trust, high-impact service.
This is not a typical entry-level support role—this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical, client-facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals’ digital footprints and delivering a high-trust, high-impact service.
This is not a typical entry-level support role—this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions
- Troubleshoot complex cases and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Experience in customer support, operations, research, or data-related roles
- Experience conducting online research and navigating web-based tools
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar platforms
- Background in privacy, cybersecurity, legal support, or investigations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits - $25/hour
